Landy’s note: There was some deliberation over the translation for “Rose Bits.” In the English dub (and I believe also the official sub), it’s localized as previously written. Badbee mentioned how the precise translation is “Roses Bit” (with the plural on “roses” instead of the “bits”). If you listen to the original dialogue (both in this song and in the show), you can clearly hear this is the accurate translation. I tried searching to see if there was an official translation anywhere, and the closest I’ve found (via my partner) was an official site by Bandai for Gundam model kits (here). They writes the weapon as “Rose Bit” (omitting the plurals altogether!). After chatting with Badbee, we decided to opt for what looks like their official translation in this song. If anyone knows a more “official” or fandom accepted translation for this, though, feel free to contact me and I’ll happily update it here!
