<\/a><\/p>\nThis is a very quickly done character concept, I don’t think it was more than 3 hours. It still needs to be refined.<\/p>\n
This was the first thing I colored today. I wanted to sketch and try a more relaxed technique of just starting with color, adding line occasionally on top of the same layer if needed, then the lines would naturally eventually be painted over.<\/p>\n I felt like attempting some city sketches, this was the first one.<\/p>\n This was the second one. It’s the only one I used a photo reference for (a photo I took in NYC looking down a deserted alley in Chinatown), and oddly enough I think it’s the weakest one.<\/p>\n The third one. I had fun with these.<\/p>\n Did this random drawing before bed.<\/p>\n A little doodle of Elsium to try painting with a soft brush, which is a method I’m not very familiar with.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I was pretty productive today!
